Europe's Unholy Empire?
1John 4:3  And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is
come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist,
whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already
is it in the world.

The spirit of antichrist is already at work. As these Last Days approach,
more and more, we are witnessing people abandon the bible in favor of
the New Age Movement, witchcraft, and Unitarian beliefs.

What John 4:3 warns us about is that the
spirit of antichrist is at work
among every one who does not believe that Jesus is the Messiah and is
come in the flesh.

Jesus Christ is the ONLY Messiah...born of a virgin, God wrapped in
human flesh. Those who deny Him are a part of the spirit of antichrist.

The Spirit of Antichrist includes:
The New Age Movement which denies Jesus is the ONLY way to Heaven
"We are our own gods..." philosophy
"There are many paths to God..."
Witchcraft
Unification of all religions
Rejection of the Bible as Truth
The "Da Vinci Code" fiction
Evolution theory promoted as "truth"
Aliens, female angels, worship of arch angels
Virgin Mary worship- which is forbidden in the bible
Materialism

Europe has, for many years now, been in the cutting room floor
regarding religion-- especially Christianity. The "de-Christianization"
of Europe is setting the stage for the antichrist to emerge on to the world
scene. The New Roman Empire is an unholy Roman Empire. The Bible
gives every indication that the future "prince" or antichrist will come from
what we now know as the Revived Roman Empire. The Book of Daniel,
chapter 11, says that the willful king (antichrist) will honor a "strange god"
-- a god whom his fathers knew not....a "god of forces..."

As much of Europe rids itself of all traces of biblical Christianity, it has
chosen to degrade Jesus to merely a man and mock the bible and in turn
embrace a new vision for their future...a vision that will usher in the
coming of the antichrist on the world stage.

Considering that according to the Bible, the revived Roman Empire-- East
and West-- (five toes from each leg, see Daniel 2:33) will take center
stage in the End Times, one should examine some of what Western
Europe (the one leg of Nebuchadnezzar's statue) is doing at the present.
Eventually most of the world will dance to the tune that the Europeans
play and follow their lead in policy making.

The following is a recent article from World Net Daily:

Europeans lowercase 'Christ'
New grammar rule says word to be spelled with small 'c' in future

A new grammar rule devised in the Netherlands and Belgium stipulates
the word "Christ" shall be spelled with a lowercase "c."

The rule was part of a Dutch orthography reform published in October,
reported Canada Free Press.

The paper cites a German newssite, Kath.net, in reporting that the new
guidelines also indicate the Dutch word for "Jews" (Joden) is to be spelled
with a capital "J" when referring to nationality and with a lower-case "j"
when referring to the religion.

The changes – made by the main linguistic authority for the Dutch
language, Nederlandse Taalunie – become mandatory next August.

While the proper name of Jesus Christ – "Jezus Christus" in Dutch –
will still be capitalized, other references to Christ, such as a statue of
him, will be spelled with a lowercase "c," as will references to other
figures who claim to be Christ.

Many Europeans have long discarded belief in God and in fact believe
more deeply in ghosts than in a deity.

A new poll finds two-thirds of Britons said they believe in the
existence of ghosts and spirits, but only 55 percent said they believe
in the existence of God.

Meanwhile, 26 percent believe in UFOs, 19 percent in reincarnation and
4 percent in the Loch Ness Monster, Ananova reported.

The Europe of yesteryear that once upheld the Bible and Christian values
has become the Europe of apostasy and blantant rebellion against God
and the Bible. It is anti-Israel and many Europeans consider Israel the
"greatest threat for world peace".

"In November 2003, the E.U. caused a storm with its poll, which
came up with the finding that 59% of Europeans believe Israel is the
greatest threat to world peace.  The poll was actually conducted
among 75,000 people from 15 countries, who had to select from
fifteen countries, which one constituted the greatest threat to world
peace. Israel came out above Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Iraq
and the U.S.A."

"The European Parliament sits in Strasbourg, a city which symbolises
the dream of Franco-German integration and was the heart of the
Holy Roman Empire of Charlemagne. Its flag was inspired by the
halo of twelve stars around pictures of the Madonna that appears
prominently on Strasbourg Cathedral's Council of Europe stained-
glass window, unveiled to the world on 11th December 1955
co-inciding with the Roman Catholic feast of the Immaculate
Conception. Pope John Paul II dedicated the EU to the Virgin Mary.
On the dome of the new £8-million Parliament Building in
Strasbourg there is a colossal painting of the Woman riding the Beast.
In the Parliamentary Offices building PE1 there is a huge painting of
a practically naked Woman riding the Beast. Outside the new Council
of Europe building there is a bronze statue of the Woman riding the
Beast which is riding the waves. On the wall of the Diners' Club
lounge in the EU's administrative capital Brussels is a picture of the
Woman and the Beast together! This image has appeared on EU
postage stamps, including the British one issued in 1984 to
commemorate the second election to the European Parliament.
It is the sign and symbol of Europe and points the way to what is
planned."

          Consider for yourself what Europe
                is using to represent itself:

This statue is outside the EU office in Brussels-- a woman riding a beast:

Satellite photo from space. Tilt your head, slightly to the left. Notice
the resemblance to a beast. It appears to be a dragon with a crown
(UK) and its mouth opened wide (Italy being the bottom jaw) and
Spain and Portugal-- the nose, Scandinavia being the tail:

The European Union's flag consists of 12 stars, inspired by the halo
of 12 stars that appear around the Madonna in Catholic pictures of
her. A former secretary general of the Council of Europe, Leon
Marchal, affirmed that the stars are those of "the woman of the
Apocalypse."

Notice again, the twelve stars and the red dragon:
