Christ Jesus is God! He is not just some figure you read about in history books.
He is not someone that the preacher preaches a cute sermonette about. He is not
just someone who can get you out of the problems that you are in. The Lord Jesus
is the SAVIOR! He can save you from your sins! Transform you! Help you!
Heal you! Jesus is ALIVE! He is God! He wants to fellowship with us on a
daily basis. He wants us to get to know Him and who He is.
As Christians, we get to know Him by spending time in His Word and praying to
the Lord for understanding. We get to know Him through daily prayer and daily
living.
Jesus is God! He is the Creator who became our Savior. He died for us and rose
again from the dead. Many of us walk around feeling depressed in our daily walk.
We look at the news and the news is scarcely pleasant. It's mostly bad news that
we watch on TV.
The Lord Jesus foretold of the calamities that are occurring in this present day and
we, as Christians, should rejoice because the end is drawing near. As we see the
days approaching, we should be looking for our Blessed Hope! Our hope is Jesus
Christ! He is our Blessed Hope-- Our ONLY hope! Jesus saved us, helps us, is
always here for us, keeps us, loves us and desires that we walk in fellowship with
Him.
Did you know that there are many professing "Christians" out there who do not
believe that Jesus is God? Why? Because they have not heard the true Gospel
message. They do not believe because they have not heard. Their pastors are busy
preaching a self-help theology. The Bible is plain...we cannot help ourselves. Apart
from the Vine, which is Christ Jesus, we can do nothing. We cannot help ourselves.
Man is a moral failure without the Lord. Man cannot bring about his own spiritual
change. Man is dust and frail. Man tries to fill the void with everything under the
sun and yet still ends up wanting more. Man needs his sins forgiven. Man needs
Jesus! If preachers were to get off the psychology bandwagon and really start
preaching the true Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, people would know that Jesus
is God. He is the Second person of the Godhead Trinity. He is Israel's promised
Messiah! He is the ONLY Savior and the ONLY way to Heaven.
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man
cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Many Church members are completely ignorant about the Old Testament
prophecies that Jesus fulfilled. Some of them have gone to the corner church all
their life and are ignorant of the fact that Jesus fulfilled prophecies. Some do
not even know that Jesus is the Great I Am.
The Only Way you can defend your faith is to know the Scriptures...the Old and
New Testament ones pertaining to Messiah.
JESUS IS GOD! LET'S GO OVER THE SCRIPTURES...
Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin
shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. [Means
"God with us". See Matthew 1:23]
John 1:1-3, 14: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things
were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory,
the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Colossians 1:14-17 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the
forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of
every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and
that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions,
or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God
was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto
the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
Hebrews 1:2-3 [God] Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son,
whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person,
and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself
purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
Christ Jesus said in John 14:9 "he that hath seen me hath seen the Father"

government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called
Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The
Prince of Peace.
JESUS IS IN GENESIS

and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the
air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing
that creepeth upon the earth.
JESUS IS THE SAVIOR
1John 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and
sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the
world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not
condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath
not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Proverbs 30:4 Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath
gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who
hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his
son's name, if thou canst tell?
Phil 2:9-11 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a
name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee
should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the
earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the
glory of God the Father.
It is very important that we KNOW these Scriptures. The Lord Jesus is God. This
is the heart of Christianity...That God gave His Only Begotten Son to redeem fallen
man. Jesus, The Word, left His home in Heaven to become man, to live a sinless
life and to die upon the cross for our sins, to be buried and on the third day, rise
again. We have a living Savior-- who is exalted at the Right Hand of the Heavenly
Father. The Great Creator became our Savior. Jesus is God!
John 8:54-58 Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is
my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God: Yet ye
have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not,
I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying. Your
father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. Then
said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen
Abraham? Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham
was, I am.
Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the
Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
