John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. How wonderful! How glorious is the Love of God. How awesome is His love toward us! The love of God is beyond comprehension! 1John 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Titus 3:3-6 For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; We cannot earn our salvation. We cannot attain salvation through our good works but rather the gift of salvation is simply that: A GIFT...A FREE GIFT from God to us. The Lord Jesus came down from glory wrapped in human flesh-- born in a manger and died on a cruel cross to purchase our salvation. He died willingly for you and me. What a glorious thought! And equally glorious is the fact that Jesus arose from the dead on the third day. He is alive and able to save all who come to God by faith in Him. We give God praise for all He has done for us. What a wonderful Savior! 1John 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Dear reader, if you have not yet received Christ Jesus as your Savior, invite Him into your heart today. Only Jesus' blood can wash your sins away. Because every man has sinned, every man must receive Christ in order to go to Heaven. Sin separates man from God but salvation is offered freely through Jesus Christ. Salvation is a free gift.
