God hath not promised skies always blue,
Flower-strewn pathways all our lives through;
God hath not promised sun without rain,
Joy without sorrow, peace without pain.
God hath not promised we shall not know
Toil and temptation, trouble and woe;
He hath not told us we shall not bear
Many a burden, many a care.
God hath not promised smooth roads and wide,
Swift, easy travel, needing no guide;
Never a mountain, rocky and steep,
Never a river, turbid and deep.
But God hath promised strength for the day,
Rest for the laborer, light for the way,
Grace for the trials, help from above,
Unfailing sympathy, undying love.

A Little Note From Cobblestone Road Ministries:

Hebrews 13:5
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content
with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee,
nor forsake thee.

Psalm 32:7
Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble;
thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

The Lord Jesus promised us that He would never leave us, nor
forsake us. What a priviledge to KNOW Him as our Savior and
Lord! What a mighty God we serve. Through every storm and every trial...every sunny day and every mile, Jesus is with us! Bless His name forever! We are content in knowing that He is with us as we journey
and He will be with us when our life on earth is through. This world is
not our home and we should not covet the things of this world. We
should be laying our treasures up in Heaven...looking unto Jesus,
the Author and Finisher of our Faith!

Hebrews 4:14-16
Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the
feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are,
yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

If you do not know the Lord Jesus as your personal Savior, receive
Him into your heart today. Believe on Him for there is NO other Savior. Jesus saves and Him alone. The Bible tells us that there is ONLY One Mediator between God and man-- the man Christ Jesus!

Buddha cannot save;
Mary cannot save;
Mohammed cannot save;
The New Age Movement cannot save!
Only Jesus saves and Him Alone!
