| 1. The grace that is in Christ Jesus is SAVING grace.
Ephesians 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, by (grace ye are saved;) 2. The grace that is in Christ Jesus is a SUFFICIENT grace. 2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 3. The grace that is in Christ Jesus is a STIMULATING grace. 1 Corinthians 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. 4. The grace that is in Christ Jesus is a SERVING grace. Hebrews 12:28-29 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire. 5. The grace that is in Christ Jesus is STABLISHING grace. Hebrews 13:9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein. 6. The grace that is in Christ Jesus is a SACRIFICING grace. 2 Corinthians 8:9 For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich. 7. The grace that is in Christ Jesus is a SUPPLYING grace. John 1:16 And of his fullness have all we received, and grace for grace. BELIEVERS IN CHRIST JESUS ARE: 1. JUSTIFIED by grace. Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 2. STANDING in grace. Romans 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3. SAVED by grace. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. 4. ELECTED by grace. Romans 11:5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. 5. STRENGTHENED by grace. 2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. GROWING in grace. 2 Peter 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.
